Basic work
-
Connect the accessories to the main unit.
(1) Insert the plug of the shock wave device's operating handle into the output [6].
(2) To replace the adapter, see the "" section. - Insert the power cable plug into the socket [8], turn on the main power switch [6], enter the system factory password "000000", and then the system interface will appear (as shown in Fig. 1).
-
In the interface (Fig. 1):
(1) Click "Basic setting" to select the language, set the time and date.
CAUTION: "Advanced setting" is for engineering debugging only, not for user use.
(2) Click the icon of the body part to be treated, and the system will automatically enter the operation interface. - The system includes nine treatment zones: elbow, knee, shoulder, hip, pubic symphysis, hand/wrist, lumbar spine, foot/ankle, and fat pads. This guide shows elbow treatment as an example. In the interface (Fig. 1), click "Elbow" to access the menu (Fig. 2).
-
In the interface (Fig. 2):
(1) "Preselection 2500 Times" means that when the system reaches 2500 impacts, it will automatically pause and refresh. Click anywhere on the screen according to the prompt.
(2) "Current" shows the number of completed work cycles. The system summarizes the data every 2500 impacts. Click "RESET" to reset the counter.
(3) "Frequency 1Hz" is the number of impacts per second. The default frequency is 1 Hz. Use "<" and ">" to change it. The range is from 1 to 21 Hz. - "Energy 2.0 bar" indicates the striking force. The default energy is 2.0 bar. Use the "<" and ">" keys to adjust the force. The range is 0.5-10 bar.
- Press "▶" — the system enters standby mode, as shown in Fig. 3. Pressing the button on the handle starts the device. Pressing it again or pressing the "||" button pauses.
- Click "Save Scheme" to save the current settings for future use. The settings will be saved the next time you launch the program (see Figure 5).
- In this manual, an example of operation is shown for a touch screen.
Notes on maintenance of pneumatic shock wave apparatus
1. The water in the filter (on the back of the unit) must be cleaned and drained before it fills. Failure to drain the water promptly will cause backflow and damage the air pump. It is recommended to check before each use.
2.
When removing the hand tube, pull it out gently, without applying excessive force.
It is recommended to clean the bullet bore every two days with a soft brush and a small amount of lubricating oil. If the bore is blocked, the force may be reduced.
3. Each pellet should be replaced every 1 million hits (even if it hasn't broken yet). A little lubricating oil can be used, but not too much, otherwise it will leak back and damage the machine's air pump.
4.
The yellow plastic gasket should be replaced every 1 million strokes or immediately if it shows significant wear.
Failure to replace it promptly will damage the magnet.
5. The sealing ring must be replaced promptly if it is broken. Otherwise, the force and penetration will be reduced.
6. After each use, wipe the applicator with a towel to prevent the surface from oxidizing. The front of the head should also be cleaned. The applicator is a consumable part and wears out over time. If the dent is larger than 2 mm, it must be replaced, otherwise the gun will be damaged.
7. If the bullet ring (applicator #1-3) is broken, it must be replaced promptly. Otherwise, the probe will lose its strength and be damaged.
8. If the bullet ring (applicator #4-7) is broken, it must be replaced promptly. Otherwise, the probe will lose its strength and be damaged.
9. The front and back of the handle must be tightened securely. Otherwise, the force will be reduced and the gun will be damaged.
10. If the bullet breaks during use, you need to remove the barrel, insert a small iron rod from the front to push out the broken bullet
